How we work together — scope of service, pricing, cancellation, and the bit nobody reads but everybody should.

1. Services

Volteura Ltd provides managed lead recovery and operations stack services for UK businesses: design, build, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of self-hosted systems. Each system is scoped following a discovery call and stack audit.

2. How it works

• We build and host managed systems on dedicated n8n infrastructure we manage
• You access live status, logs, and kill switches through the client dashboard
• All integrations use API keys and OAuth scopes — we never require passwords
• The monthly retainer includes continuous build, 24/7 monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing improvements to your managed stack footprint

3. Pricing & payment

Pricing is agreed in writing before any work begins. Diagnostic and build fees are one-time, invoiced at the start of the engagement. The £395 Stack Audit is credited in full against your first build. Monthly plans (Monitor £750/mo, Essentials £1,500/mo) are billed monthly in advance with no minimum term. Growth and Scale tiers are contracted engagements with terms agreed in writing per engagement. All prices are in GBP. Volteura Ltd is not VAT registered; no VAT is charged.

4. Build warranty

Every build ships with one written success metric agreed before work starts. If the delivered build does not meet its written metric, we fix it at no cost; if after reasonable remediation it still misses the written metric, we refund the affected build fee. This warranty runs 30 days from delivery and covers the deliverable only — it is not a guarantee of business outcomes, revenue, or savings. It does not cover failures caused by client delays, inaccurate or incomplete client data, third-party or API service outages or changes, scope changes after the metric was agreed, or access not being provided. Notify us in writing at team@volteura.co.uk to make a warranty claim.

5. Cancellation

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice; no early-termination fee applies. Contracted Growth and Scale engagements are subject to the termination terms agreed in writing per engagement.

On exit:

• Your data transfers back to you within a 30-day transfer window
• Systems stop running at the end of that window
• The underlying workflow architecture remains Volteura intellectual property
• Any outstanding invoices remain payable

6. Intellectual property

Managed stack workflows and systems are built on our infrastructure using our expertise, tooling, and methodology. Your business data and your business logic remain yours. The underlying stack architecture, orchestration code, and operational know-how are Volteura’s intellectual property and are not transferred on exit.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential. We do not share your data, processes, or business details with third parties. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any engagement.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure managed systems function as intended. Our total liability under the engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party service outages, API changes outside our control, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
